What is planned, what is confirmed, and what happens next.
Where will ARC be located?
Nerang on the Gold Coast is the proposed location. The final premises, approvals and opening date are not yet confirmed.
Can I join or book a live session now?
You can register your interest. Paid membership activation and live bay bookings are not available through this public website.
What simulator technology is planned?
Uneekor EYE XO2 with GSPro for virtual course play is the current plan. Equipment, licences and workflows must be installed and tested before opening.
What is an AI Coaching session?
A dedicated Uneekor coaching session for memberships with AI access. AI Trainer runs within VIEW and needs compatible Swing Optix cameras. Final ARC inclusions will be confirmed.
How far ahead can members book?
The booking portal is being built around a rolling 14-day window. Sessions start on the hour and use one-hour blocks.
What happens if I miss a booking?
The booked hour stays deducted. A second missed booking is flagged for staff review. The current rules do not charge a fee or automatically suspend membership.
Are membership prices final?
No. Prices are indicative and require approval. Final inclusions, billing frequency, contract terms and applicable charges will be provided before purchase.
Does registering commit me to payment?
No. Registering interest does not create a paid membership or guarantee a booking.
Can I receive updates without marketing offers?
ARC can respond to your enquiry without marketing consent. The optional checkbox separately requests opening, membership and offer emails.
When will the member portal open?
It remains private until authentication, booking rules, security, GymMaster and bay integrations have been tested.
How does founding membership work?
There will be 35 founding memberships. The $2,500 initial outlay is membership credit: weekly Performance charges are deducted while the founder receives Performance+ access until the credit is used. Final weekly pricing and payment, cancellation/refund and post-credit options will be confirmed before purchase.
Does ARC membership include Sanctuary Cove golf?
Sanctuary Cove Golf Experiences is a proposed benefit, subject to ARC finalising corporate membership arrangements. Performance members can add it for $10/week on top of $55/week ($65/week total); Performance+ includes it at $85/week. Members pay their own green fees and additional course charges. Rounds are arranged through ARC and accompanied by an authorised ARC corporate membership nominee. Participation depends on course access conditions, tee-time and host availability, and limited places. ARC membership does not provide Sanctuary Cove club membership, independent course access or direct booking privileges. The Palms is planned, with The Pines only where permitted.
